A simpler customer journey

From question to conversation.

No account creation or long forms just to get started. Customers can contact the business directly, or use a structured request if ARC chooses to offer it.

STEP 01

Choose your project

Pick the closest service, town, and a few details about the issue or planned installation.

STEP 02

Add context

Include a description and optional photos, along with convenient times to hear back.

STEP 03

Hear from the team

For a real deployment, the owner could receive requests by email or dashboard and respond directly.

Interactive demo

Try the project request experience.

Try a sample request from your phone. Choose a service, describe the issue and optionally add photos so the team would have useful context before calling back.

Demo only: This form never sends, uploads, books, or saves information on a server. Do not enter sensitive details or use it for an actual emergency.
Urgent electrical hazard? For smoke, fire or active sparking, leave the area and contact emergency services. This demo is not an emergency dispatch system.

Step 1 of 4 · ProjectAbout 2 minutes

Tell us about the job.

Start with the basics so the right person knows what you're calling about.

Show us what you mean.

A clear description is enough. Photos are optional and remain on this device during the demo.

Give the location in the building, what you've noticed, and what result you want.
For an actual launch, photo uploads would require secure storage, consent, and owner approval. Here they stay in your browser only.

How should they reach you?

Choose the easiest callback option. A preferred date is a request, not an appointment.

Review your example request.

This is how the information could be organized for ARC. It will not be submitted.

The final button shows a sample confirmation only. No contact information, photos, or appointment requests will be stored or delivered.

Demo complete.

That's what the customer experience could look like. In the real version, the owner could receive a secure, organized request and follow up.

Nothing was sent, booked, uploaded, or charged.
Optional ideas, not included by default

More than a website—only if ARC wants it.

These are possibilities Bitette Consulting could scope separately after learning how the business currently handles leads and jobs. None are being represented as ARC's current services or software.

Lead management

Photo-enabled estimates

Customer details, service selection, photos, and priority labels delivered to a secure inbox or dashboard.

What could be added?

Automatic acknowledgment, spam protection, attachment storage, and staff notifications—with permission and a privacy policy.

Scheduling

Request a service window

Let customers suggest times without promising availability or making an unapproved booking.

What could be added?

Calendar integration, approval workflow, and optional reminders after the office confirms the visit.

Operations

Job status tracker

Keep estimates, approved jobs and progress organized for staff.

What could be added?

A simple pipeline such as New request → Needs estimate → Approved → Scheduled → Complete, tailored to how ARC already works.

Marketing

Google Business Profile support

Update approved services, photos and business details, and make it easier to request genuine reviews.

What could be added?

Photo uploads, service highlights, approved review response drafts and reporting, depending on platform capabilities.

Sales process

Estimates and payments

Simple, professional quotes and invoices if the owner wants a more digital process.

What could be added?

Owner-approved estimates, e-signatures, invoice reminders and payment provider integration. Transaction fees are separate.

Search visibility

Local service landing pages

Detailed pages for key verified services and towns, written for usefulness rather than keyword stuffing.

What could be added?

Search Console, sitemap, internal linking, structured data and measured improvements over time; never guaranteed rankings.

Common questions

Make decisions easier before the call.

These example questions demonstrate a useful FAQ. ARC should confirm every policy and service detail before publishing an official site.

Can I get an exact quote from pictures alone?

Not necessarily. Photos can help explain the request, but electrical pricing may require an inspection and details about the existing wiring, access, materials and permits.

What should I include in a service request?

Describe the problem or planned improvement, the property type, your town and how you prefer to be contacted. Photos are optional and shouldn't require handling exposed wiring.

Does choosing a date book an appointment?

No. A date on this sample is only a preference. A real system would need owner confirmation before an appointment is scheduled.

What about emergencies?

This concept does not provide emergency dispatch. For smoke, a fire or active sparking, move to safety and call emergency services. For routine needs, use the listed business phone during confirmed hours.

Do you have a warranty or guarantee?

ARC's current site describes guarantee terms. The final site should use owner-approved language explaining exactly what's covered, exclusions and applicable time periods.
